6. After confirmation of measurement, items are delivered to the location that contact person at location shows technician. Technician takes pictures and notes of delivered items and a signature from contact person

7. All packing material removed.

2. Technician removes items and takes pictures and notes of items immediately after they are removed.

3. If items are damaged technician will call TUH office and go over issues. TUH admin team will call client and explain the issue, if the item can be repaired, client will be given cost to approve prior to items being repaired. If the item cannot be repaired client to confirm if technician should repack item and leave it. Technician to take pictures of repacked box(s)/container(s) or still deliver item as is.

Curb to Location delivery – 1 technician up to a team to deliver

Trucker drops off item’s curbside at location. Technician can meet the shipper/trucker at a set date and a set 2-hour arrival window or set a date and 2-hour arrival window if items have already been dropped off. If technician is meeting trucker, trucker must remove items from truck, curbside delivery.

Then we take over. Technician to wear gloves and booties. Facemask if applicable.

4. After item is removed from box(s)/container(s), box(s)/container(s) are neatly wrapped up and put in neat pile for technician to remove from property after delivery of items.

Prior to carrying items to their location technician measures all entrances, doorways, hallways, stairways (elevator, if applicable) (width, length, height) to confirm item can fit to be delivered. If item cannot fit; technician will call TUH office and go over issues. TUH admin team will call client and explain the issue, if the item can be cut down to fit, client will be given cost to approve prior to items being cut down. If the item cannot be delivered, TUH admin to let client know technician will repack item and leave at the same location when technician arrived. Technician to take pictures of repacked box(s)container(s).
